We have a small number of youth runners with the Harriers. We have kept this down to no more than 12-14 runners as I feel any larger group and I can not do justice to the runners. You must be 12 years old and up. Workouts are at
Victoria Park (Galt) starting at 3:30 pm rain or shine, 12 months of the year. Days of training are usually Monday, Wednesday, Friday of one week and Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday of the next week.
