Rob Brouillette at the Canadian 5 km Road Race Championships in Toronto
Rob Brouillette was 16th in the Canadian 5 km road race championships in Toronto a couple of weeks ago, running 15:45. He was 10th last weekend in the Oasis Zoo 10 km in Toronto with a time of 33:31. There were 2600 runners in that one.
Heather Chan was 70th on the weekend in the field of 122 in the Harvest Half Marathon, part of the Waterloo Running Series. Her time was 2:10:51 and she took 2nd in the women's 45-49 age category.
At last week's Mountain Equipment Co-Op 10 km trail race at Shades Mills, Gary Cassel junior was 4th overall in 48:13. Hilly no doubt.
