At last weekend's masters all comers indoor meet, Gary Casse junior ran an 800 metre race, posting a time of 3 minutes and 31 seconds. Former Harrier Wayne Gagne ran the 60 metres in 8.7 seconds and the 400 metres in 65.3 seconds.
 Lisa Leskien and Jenn Kellett competed in the Dion Ganaraska 8K Snowshoe race near Port Hope and were 1st and second place females. They were 3rd and 4th overall in the race and had times of 40:21 and 55:26 respectively.
 Rob Brouillette was 3rd overall in last week's Waterloo Refridgee-Eighter 8 mile road race in 43:05.

At the masters indoor track meet last week Gary Cassel junior ran the 1000 metre event in 3 minutes and 17 seconds. Wayne Gagne ran the 200 metres in 28.4 seconds and the 400 metres in 54.6 seconds. 

 In the 6.5K snowshoe race at Shades Mills, Jen Kellett was 6th, Sharon Rutledge was 18th, and we all had a good time staging the event.
 In yesterday's Summerstown Forest 7.5K snowshoe race, Lisa Leskien was 7th out of 27 competitors.
 This morning was the Waterloo ReFridgee Eighter Road Races. Mike Hammond (bib#753) was 14th overall in the 8K race with a time of 33:33 and he was 3rd in the 50-59 age category.edit.

It's cold these days but some of our members still got in some racing.
 Steve Mota competed in the Robbie Burns 8K road race in Burlington last weekend, finishing 109th in the field of 730 runners. He had a time of 34:55. Rob Brouillette and Mitch Free competed as well, finishing 16th and 24th respectively with times of 28:28 and 29:04.
 At an indoor masters track meet in Toronto, Gary Cassel junior raced a 1 kilometre event and posted a time of 3 minutes and 17 seconds. Wayne Gagne competed in the 200 and 400 metre races and had times of 28.4 seconds and 64.6 seconds.
