To get caught up, here are a few races results from past weeks.
Katherine Willis competed in the Ontario Masters track championships in Toronto, placing 2nd in the 60-64 category in 26:24. She also ran the Canada Day 5K Road Race in Burlington, placing third with a 26:05, a personal best on the bionic hip.
At the more recent Kincardine women's triathlon, Claire Bartleman was 28th in the field of 222 with a time of 57:57 for the 3K run, 12K bike and because of water issues (too cold), another 3K run. Heather Chan placed 80th and her time was 65:19.
