We had a good contingent of Harriers competing in, and helping out at the Conquer The Canuck Trail Races at Shades Mills last weekend. We had a winner in the 8.9 km race with Jacob Zerko zipping around the hilly course in 32:43. Nelson Coelho was 11th in 48:31, Dave Johnson was 13th in 51:04 and Sharon Rutledge was 17th in 59:19.
In the 25 km, Steve Mota was 7th out of 55 runners in 2:18:04. Mitch Free took the win in 1:43:27
